The Startup Acceleration Program is a four-month, practical and milestone-driven program designed to help startups strengthen their foundations, validate key assumptions, improve commercial performance, build traction, and prepare for their next stage of growth.
The program combines structured learning, mentorship, specialist support, milestone reviews, ecosystem connections, and investment or commercial readiness support. Mentors and experts help founders connect what they learn with the decisions, priorities, and actions that move their businesses forward.
Ways to contribute
Choose how you can be most useful. These are flexible ways to contribute, and you do not need to choose a single role before expressing interest.
Provide ongoing strategic guidance to selected startups. Help founders prioritize challenges, make better decisions, stay accountable, review progress, and identify where specialist support would be valuable.
1–2 hours per week per startup
During active mentoring periods.
Normally supporting 1–2 startups, depending on your availability and fit.
Provide targeted support when a specific startup need arises. Contribute through one-time consultations, recurring office hours, workshops, specialist sessions, reviews, or other focused engagements.
Engagement around specific needs
Timing and format depend on the support required.
You are not expected to participate throughout the full four-month program or maintain a weekly relationship.
Offer ongoing startup mentoring or specialist and subject-matter consultations to help founders work through challenges.
Lead workshops or masterclasses, host office hours, or share practical approaches through focused sessions.
Contribute to startup selection and evaluation, milestone or progress reviews, pitch feedback, and investment-readiness support.
Make relevant introductions to potential customers, partners, investors, or ecosystem contacts where you see a useful fit.
We welcome experienced startup founders, operators, executives, investors, VC professionals, advisors, consultants, functional specialists, industry and technical experts, corporate leaders, and ecosystem professionals.
Formal mentoring experience is not a strict requirement. Strong practical experience and the ability to work constructively with founders matter more.
